Further to the GDPR applicable since the 25th of May 2018, ESA has published theire privacy notice:

International LST and Emissivity Group

The International Land Surface Temperature and Emissivity Working Group (ILSTE-WG) aims to provide advice and recommendations to the wider scientific and user communities on the best practices for retrieval, validation and exploitation of Land Surface Temperature (LST), Ice Surface Temperature (IST), Lake Surface Water Temperature (LSWT), and Land Surface Emissivity (LSE).

Period of report: January 2017

The main activities in this reporting period can be summarised as follows:

  • Start of Phase 3 activities with an internal management meeting held to discuss the schedule
  • Location and dates for UCM#5 now decided: 11 – 12 July 2017 in Lisbon
  • DEL 13 v2.2 intercomparison report now being consolidated and reviewed
  • UCS#2 paper has been accepted for publication
  • Merged product: new methodology to solve sampling problems of the angular correction model
  • NRT Demonstration: Processing chain logic agreed between UoL, IPMA and ACRI
  • GlobTemperature Sentinel-3 processing chain architecture presented and discussed between UoL and ACRI to maximise the link between GlobTemperature and the S3MPC
